Forearm building is all about doing as many reps as you can and taking as little rest as possible. The reason for this is that forearms are built to be very enduring and are able to do a lot and therefore have a lot of endurance. Just think about it for a minute. 20 Reps per Forearm
Forearm Exercise 4: Olympic Bar Rolls
25 Reps Rotating Foreward with Overhand Grip
25 Reps Rotating Backward with Overhand Grip
25 Reps Rotating Towards with Underhand Grip
